Privacy Policy

This is a marketing website for a single real estate agent. You do not need an account to browse it. The site receives contact details you choose to send and uses the traffic measurements described below.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, what you are looking to do, and a message. Those are the only fields, and they exist so Greg can reply to you.

The site is a set of static pages with no application server behind them. When you submit the contact form, your browser opens a message in your own email program, already addressed to GregSellsVA@gmail.com and filled in with what you typed. Nothing is sent until you press send in your mail app, and the details do not pass through this website on the way.

That also means your message is handled by your email provider and by Greg's, under their respective policies.

Information you send is used to respond to you and to help with the buying or selling question you asked about. It is not sold, rented, or traded.

Greg may share details with people involved in your transaction when you ask him to, for example a lender, an inspector, a title company, or his brokerage, The Rick Cox Realty Group. Information may also be disclosed where the law or a real estate regulator requires it.

Google Analytics loads only after you choose "Accept cookies." It uses cookies to measure visits and website interactions, including phone and email clicks. Opening an email draft does not confirm a message was sent. Advertising tracking, Google signals, and session recording stay off.

Our analytics events omit URL query strings, page titles, and contact form contents. They include page paths, the referring website, and basic browser and device information. Google receives the network requests needed to provide this service.

Pages here link out to listing detail pages, The Rick Cox Realty Group, mapping and review services, and social profiles. Those sites are run by other companies and have their own privacy practices. This policy covers only gregsellsva.com.

This site is meant for adults doing real estate business and is not directed at children under 13. Information is not knowingly collected from them.

You are never required to use the form. Calling or emailing works just as well. If you have written to Greg and would like your details removed from his records, email GregSellsVA@gmail.com and ask, and he will take care of it.

If the site starts doing something new with visitor information, for example adding a form that posts to a server, an analytics tool, or an IDX home search widget, this page will be revised and the effective date above updated.
